Day 25 - Cause for concern?

Cause for concern?

I don't know about you, but when I see these two signs placed adjacently in the car in front of me, I'm not sure whether to laugh or take a side street.

  1. I don't know the meaning of the L.

  2. The 'L' plate means that a learner driver is on board, ie someone who has not yet gained their full licence. Under special circumstances, they are allowed to drive dependent children but no other passengers. They are also unable to drive after 10pm and before 6am without a fully licensed passenger sitting next to them ... see where I'm going with this? So a learner driver warning others that they're transporting children - sounds like a recipe for disaster to me! LOL
