A room with a view?
Somehow we didn't expect to see this portaloo one storey above ground when we were out and about in town on Friday night. Also, if you zoom in (although it's not very clear as the photo was taken on my phone), you can see there is a sign saying "No parking. Unauthorised vehicles will be towed" - yet, there are cars parked directly beneath. I guess it's hard to take seriously a sign that is attached to a portaloo in the air.
